Members in this piece of paradise in Far North Queensland have held a number of recent events. An AGM was held on Sat 11 Sep, at Warrina Lakes Innisfail.
Following a walk spotting the natural hives at Warrina Lakes an AGM was held but did not manage to fill the Executive positions. Since then, there has been interest shown in these positions and a vote will be taken in the future.
A great morning at the Rainforest school spring fair on Saturday 18 September. On show were the kids’ hand made homes for solitary bees, poster info by the kids and the two display hives. Thanks for the opportunity to man the stall and help spread the word Julie Weir . Congratulations on a buzzing fair.
